Start Monday with Your Weekly Boost: Living Life in Full Bloom šømy free weekly Newsletter.
I nearly didnāt write a newsletter this week because Iāve had a few personal issues to deal with and life just became too hard.
For me, when that happens I tend to curl into myself, give myself space and time and usually I bounce back. I also need to remember that whilst I enjoy writing and sharing ways we can continue to bloom in life, the world wonāt end if I donāt post as regularly.
People do understand and are very supportive.
However, we canāt stay ādownā forever and we need to get back up and start living again. Not always easy but this week, Iām sharing ways which I feel helps me when Iām going through a difficult time and want to rise above it.
In this issue:
šøGetting back up when life gets too hard
šøPrintable download reminder to help you keep blooming
šøYour weekly Mantra

I have a memory that pops every once in a while and basically says the same thing as your statement about getting back up. It goes something like…you’ve made it through 100% of your days so far! I think we need to remember that as well as to give ourselves grace when we’re feeling down or a little defeated. Thanks for the mantra and the good thoughts. Hope all is well now.

I love your memory, Marsha. We can get back up even when we think we can’t. For me, it is just stepping back for a while, recharging and then moving forward. x
I hope whatever it is becomes manageable and a bit of R&R and self care does the trick. I rely on music, dance and exercise when I’m getting a little overwhelmed. Though fitting that in can add to the stress some days. Take care.
Thanks, Lydia. We all have our trials but yesterday I went to see Jesus Christ Superstar and it was fabulous. x
