What is a ‘Monkey Mind’?
The ‘Monkey Mind’ is a Buddhist term which relates to being unsettled, restless or confused. It is the part of your brain that is connected to ego, that suggests you can’t do things right, that stifles creativity and is a constant negative voice in your mind.
In this episode I’m sharing ways you can Calm your Monkey Mind using resources from you toolkit that you have created.

I am a few days past Monday, yet these are tools are for every day in my life. Your initial quote reminds me of a recent conversation with my husband. We were discussing how “being calm” is a superpower. I learned about the term, Monkey Mind years ago in a yoga class. It sure fits and I believe we all experience this on some days.
I appreciate your words “priority” “boundaries.” Interesting about the sunshine. I also like your words “unplug” and a “day that unfolds.” Joy, moving, lifting our mood. You can tell I take notes, Sue. 😀Always gems in your podcasts. Thank you!xx
