October is Menopause Awareness Month and the 18th was World Menopause Day. Although I’m taking a short break from making Podcast episodes, over the course of the 3 seasons, I interviewed some wonderful women to discuss Menopause and Midlife.
During October, I’ll be reposting the interviews for you to listen to. Even if you have listened before, the information these women have to share is a wonderful reminder that we can get through this phase of life stronger and with more vitality and a zest for life.
I had quite a number of interviews so I’ve collated them here for you to listen to or watch on video. Just click on the title for access to the relevant post and gateway to the Podcast/Youtube channels.
