Festive Season Over 50s Lifestyle

Wishing you health & happiness

December 23, 2022
Best wishes for health and happiness

A quick post to wish you health and happiness for the Festive Season and 2023.

I also want to say a huge thank you to all who read my blog and listen to my podcast. An extra special thanks to those of you who take the time to leave a comment. My blog is important to me as a way to express myself as a Women 50+ (actually in my mid 60s now) and to encourage and hopefully inspire you to live life your way and make the most of each day.

2022 has been a year of change for Mike and I as we sold our apartment on the Gold Coast and moved back to Brisbane to be closer to family. We certainly made the right decision and are enjoying our new home and fun times with family and friends.

Our Last Word of the Year Link up is next week

My focus for 2022 was based around the Word of the Year – BE.

An exerpt from the first #WOTY 2022 link up from my post:

I announced my 2022 WOTY on 2nd January in my podcast episode and blog post Just ‘Be’ – Living Life Your Way in 2022After a turbulent 2021 for Mr M and I, I wanted to start enjoying life again and the tiny but powerful word ‘BE’ kept coming back to me as my word to focus on during 2022.

Next week, I will be posting my last post for the year for the Word of the Year Link up. I’ll be reviewing how I went with keeping my focus on BE-ing in 2022 and what I learned.

Next year the link up will have a name change and be known as What’s Been On Your Calendar? which will be more inclusive of those who wish to participate.

I appreciate you all and am always keen to hear your thoughts and ideas of what you would like me to present to you. Even if you just want to say ‘hello’ I’m always happy to hear from you.

I’m signing off now for the holidays but will be back again in 2023 where I hope you will join me in living life our own way and being Women Living Well After 50.

With Love and Best wishes from my darling and I to you and your family

Thank you so much Helen for taking the time write your lovely comment. I don’t often get feedback on the blog so you have made my day. My husband is okay although feels guilty about ‘ruining’ our Christmas but of course he can’t help being sick. If you have any ideas you would like me to present on the website please let me know as I am always open to producing posts that are of interest. Wishing you and your loved ones a wonderful 2023 full of love and laughter. I look forward to connecting with you in 2023. Best wishesxx

I love hearing from you and your comments are important to me
