Why You Need to Know about Kombucha

October 15, 2015

KombuchaHave you heard of Kombucha?  I hadn’t either and had no idea whether you could eat it, drink it or look at it!  However, it is known by the ancient Chinese as the “immortal health elixir.”

Recently I published 8 Smart Ways to Make Clean Eating a Way of Life and I received an email about the amazing benefits of Kombucha Chia Tea.  Well I had never heard of Kombucha and I have only recently heard about Chia seeds and their benefits. I was intrigued so contacted Jenny Travens from .

After reading Jenny’s post and website, I was excited to share her knowledge with you in finding foods that will benefit your health and vitality.  I’m starting to learn about ‘superfoods’ and their benefits and I would like to pass this on to you.

So this post provides information about Jenny Travens and also a link to her post ‘The Amazing Benefits of Kombucha Chia Tea & How to Make It’.

I have never tried Kombucha, but I have a friend that loves it and swears by it’s health benefits. I have *almost* bought it the last few times I was in the grocery store but chickened out. I think I am going to have to give it a try!

Yes I actually have yet to find it! I am interested though because I think there are a lot of foods that perhaps are from different cultures but are very beneficial to our health. Thanks for hosting a great link up which I stumbled across with at the #AnythingGoes linkup. Have a lovely weekend.

I’m not a fan of Kombucha, but my boyfriend loves. He was in fact looking for a “kit” to make it at home last weekend.
It’s excellent for health. Even of its taste is not your thing, like for me, it’s still worth sipping it.
    Great sharing, Sue!
