I know that we can make great progress together, keeping each other accountable, supporting and learning from each other as we strive to live a healthier life in 2016.

This community is not about running marathons it is about SIMPLY WORKING to be a HEALTHIER YOU in 2016! 

Anyone can do it!  Age is not a factor here.  We are all about taking a holistic view to health and wellness and supporting each other along the way.


It’s also about celebrating each other’s successes that is why I would love you to share your experiences by using the hashtag #couchpotatotofabfit and posting to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

Before we can achieve anything worthwhile we need to STOP, THINK AND PLAN.


Take a moment and reflect on where you are today.  Happy with your universe?  If not, YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!


Where do you want to be next week, next month, next year?  YOU CAN GET THERE!


It is not good just saying ‘yes I’m going to get healthy’.  Like anything worthwhile it will take commitment and commitment needs a plan!

Grab some paper and pen and write down your main objective. Then think about how you will achieve this objective in stages so you can tick off your accomplishments.  Achieving small goals along the way helps keep you motivated.

Each Friday we can plan what our goal for the next week will be and then review our progress the following Friday.


Stick your plan on your mirror or the refrigerator or anywhere you can see it and look at it each day.

    Great motivating post and some good advice about sticking to what you want to achieve. I think that’s the hardest thing. After the initial motivation fades away it’s hard to stay on track with want to want to achieve.
