Over 50s Lifestyle Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot

Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot!- June 27

June 28, 2024

Welcome to the Weekend Traffic Jam a weekly link up which I’m delighted to be joining as a co-host in 2024.

Each week, I’ll be joining Marsha, from Marsha in the Middle, Melynda, from Scratch Made Food for Hungry People, and Lisa, from Boondock Ramblings, so please take the time to visit the other co-hosts as well as two or three of those who have linked!

If you would like to be a co-host come join us. It’s a great way to meet other bloggers.

It’s school holiday time, and this week I had so much fun with my grandsons playing mini golf and baking cupcakes. They bring me so much joy and I love being a Nan.

The latest from the WLWA50 blog

This week I posted my weekly Living Well This Week Letter and I’m sharing some fashion finds as well as a healthy , yet delicious pasta. You can read all about it here, Living Well This Week – June 26 #WWWhimsy

I also published a new episode on the Women Living Well After 50 Podcast. This week I interviewed Meredith Walters, author of ‘This Animal Body’, which I have read and reviewed. Meredith’s book has just been nominated as a Finalist in the European Book Awards. You can read my review in my What’s On Your Bookshelf? post What’s On Your Bookshelf? – June 2024. During the episode, we discussed Learning the Language of the Body and I was fascinated with Meredith’s approach to life and how sometimes we should forget listening to our brains and tune into the messages from our bodies.

The last Friday of each month I co-host the What’s Been On Your Calendar? link up with three of my blogging friends. For June, I’ve mixed it up and I’m taking time for a mid-year review. I also include how you can do one for yourself in my post Why a mid-year review is important to living well

I’ve linked these posts to this week’s link up so hope you enjoy reading them.

Wishing you a happy and healthy week, it’s now time for the Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot!
