Welcome to the Weekend Traffic Jam a weekly link up which I’m delighted to be joining as a co-host in 2024.
Each week, I’ll be joining Marsha, from Marsha in the Middle, Melynda, from Scratch Made Food for Hungry People, and Lisa, from Boondock Ramblings, so please take the time to visit the other co-hosts as well as two or three of those who have linked!
If you would like to be a co-host come join us. It’s a great way to meet other bloggers.
Last week I shared my Word of the Year 2024 – ‘Freedom’ and although I was having doubts about my choice, the comments were all very positive and encouraging. The good thing about life is that you can change things, so if I’m not feeling the word during the year, I might select another.
This week my focus has been on happiness and in particular, The Happiness Advantage. In my post which I’m linking up today, I explain what The Happiness Advantage is and also share the Action for Happiness monthly calendar which you can download for reference. I share the Action for Happiness calendars each month and each month there is a different theme with daily prompts to focus on the theme. For January it is all about Happiness and with the world the way it is currently, we could all do with a dose of happiness couldn’t we?
Wishing you a happy and healthy week, it’s now time for the Weekend Traffic Jam Reboot!
