May is here! We are well on the way towards mid year and it really only seems like yesterday we were celebrating a New Year. Life can become so hectic that we live by ‘just going through the motions’ and not really appreciating life.
We search for ways to put more meaning into our life – to have a purpose, a reason to get up each day. The Action for Happiness calendar for May has put the focus on being more meaningful.

When we rush through life it is easy to lose the meaning and we can become unfulfilled and always looking for something but not sure what that ‘something’ is. Putting the focus on giving meaning to all that we do for ourselves and others is a great place to start and the Action for Happiness has some great ideas.

What a great theme for May – I love the idea of being intentional and positive in our interactions (with others and with ourselves).
Hi Leanne, I agree with you re the theme for May. We are almost halfway through the year and life is probably wearing everyone down so the timing of the calendar and the reminder to bring more meaning to life is perfect.x
