“You don’t need a new year to begin again — just a moment to pause, realign, and refresh the path ahead.”
We’ve crossed the halfway point of the year, which is a perfect time to take a pause, a breath and gently check in. No judgment, no pressure — just a moment of reflection and realignment. Think of it as a soft reset.
We start a New Year full of optimism, vigour and excitement, but by mid-year life can become heavy and we start feeling drained, distracted, or disconnected from the intentions we once held so clearly.
Perhaps our goals or plans no longer align with what we want from life. We’ve changed our mind or our path – and that’s fine.
Mid-year is the perfect time to Realign & Refresh

As I was reading this, I kept thinking, “Yeah, I’m dealing with Mike’s recovery and being tied down to the house. Life is dreary.” Then, I stopped and remembered…I applied for and became a docent at the art museum I love so much. I have learned so much about art, and I’m looking forward to leading lots and lots of tours. Thanks for giving me the kind and gentle reminder, Sue!

Congratulations, Marsah on becoming a docent. You are perfect for the role. I wish I could come visit and have you take me around the art museum. Go you! xx
