Each day this week, join me to build our core strength one plank at a time. Start holding a plank for 10 seconds and each day add a little longer. I’ve been amazed watching my baby granddaughter do planks- without even knowing what she’s doing! I’m not that good at planks for too long but know they’re very good for the core! You’re always so full of information for us, so many thanks, it’s much appreciated.
I love watching Elliot, Debbie he is so flexible! Yes Ethan used to do planks and with perfect technique!!! I try to be informative Deb and if people want to take it onboard that is great. If not, no harm done! Enjoy your Sunday xx
Hi Sue, Planks are definitely a challenge. I have been consistent with my daily pushups all of May. Some of the information on “form” says to begin with a plank. I will give you my micro stepping summary at the end of the month. Great motiving posts!
