    Hi, Sue – Replacing our negative thoughts of where (we think) we’ve failed with where we have succeeded is a very valuable strategy. Writing down our successes and reading them out to ourselves is a great tip!

    Hi Sue, I think I’ve been guilty of all of those points at some time in my life. I had a lot of imposter syndrome at work but I’ve found since I’ve returned to work, I’ve had a lot more confidence. I think it’s because I know how hard I worked to get back there. My life journey has taken me to places many other people couldn’t ever imagine so I know what my strengths and weaknesses are now. I won’t be holding myself back anymore like I used to.     Mini steps (micro steps) really works for me, Sue. Even breaking up this podcast in two parts works for me and you are showing us a great example. I did not think about writing down our successes. Great suggestions. Thank you! xx

    Ah we are continuing our lives as works in progress. I am having some small blips of confidence right now and it’s a mind game…at least I know that and I have all the right words to challenge it. And I am off to see a psychologist this week for the second time. I think there is more I need to share…and poor B has had enough of it! LOL.

    In these difficult times, thinking of something else apart from COVID-19 is very difficult. But the way in which you explained how we can move forward and stop sabotaging ourselves. Can’t wait for the next video.
