Its Saturday and I’ve just come back from my regular weekly run with my ‘Saturday Sisters’.  It was quite busy this morning with lots of people walking and jogging to start their day. I heard a couple talking as they walked past. He said ‘I don’t think we walked 6 km’ and his wife replied ‘It doesn’t matter at least we did something’.  That response says it all.  As long as you do some sort of activity you are doing…
