Hello! It's so lovely to meet you. I’m Sue! I retired at 57 and after 6 months I felt lost and had no direction. That's when I decided to take control of my life. I’m now a woman on a mission to build a community of Women Living Well After 50 and making the most of life. As a Certified Life Coach, Health & Wellness Coach, Yoga Life Coach and Group Fitness Instructor, I help Women 50+ to live life on their terms! It's never too late to change direction and follow your path and I'm here to help you start living the life you really want. You can learn more about who I am over on the Meet Sue page.
