    Hi, Sue – Thank you for sharing this reminder. Social fitness is so important but I agree its importance is too often overlooked (despite researchers consistently reminding us that it is the #1 factor to longevity).

      Hi Donna, I like my quiet, alone time but I also know that after I’ve had a social connection I feel so good. We don’t have to overdo it but we do need to spend time with others and enjoy their company and experiences together. x
