Hi, Sue and Peta – I fully agree that morning and evening rituals can help us to reduce stress and live a healthier lifestyle. When we let ourselves fall out of these routines, it can be very difficult to get them back on track. I am now being extra dilligent at keeping my core routines in place. 😀
Hi Donna, I think Peta covered some good points in our conversation. I’ve fallen out of some of my better habits due to stress so need to re-evaluate and work on those areas again. x
