I recently read an article in Harvard Health, ‘Regain your Confidence’. According to a 2010 study in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, a person’s level of confidence and self-esteem typically follows a bell curve. It gradually rises during the late teen years, peaks during middle age, and tends to decline after age 60.
This is an issue that women Over 50 consistently discuss with me. But I ask the question:
Why do we feel this way and how do we reclaim the self-confidence we once had?
