Staying at home is no excuse for not staying healthy and active. I’ve added three new videos to my Resource library which you can do easily at home and you don’t really need any gym equipment.
Remember: Don’t try any new form of exercise without medical clearance, especially if you haven’t exercised for a while or you have healthy or injury issues.
I’ve put the links below to my:
Home Workout
5 exercises for toning arms and back
Gentle Stretches
Over the next few months I will be adding more videos and information into the Resource Library to help us continue to age well and live active lives.
Let me know if there is a particular topic you would like me to add.

I think this is a time when we should be more focussed about our health. Because we are staying at home, and there is not much movement.
Thanks Sue. I’ve been doing some old routines I haven’t done in awhile, since I can’t go to the gym. I welcome some other options. #MLSTL
