Melissa held numerous Human Resources leadership roles around the globe. She has coached and developed thousands of people to perform at peak minus burnout. Melissa has a Graduate Certificate in Business and Human Resources and a Bachelor of

When she is not supporting leaders, she is taking her kids to sporting activities and keeping fit. She is a pancake worshipper and a self-confessed coffee snob who resides in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, Victoria Australia with her partner-in-growth,
Stewart.

Meno Collective helps workplaces become menopause friendly to improve cultural and commercial outcomes. Menopause is not women’s business; it is all our business.
