My nutritionist has me taking magnesium. I wasn’t aware that there was an oil infused with it. I have noticed less joint pain.

Yes my PT recommended Magnesium Michele but maybe an infusion of oil might be an alternative to the huge tablets I take!

Let me know how it goes Doreen. I take magnesium tablets but the oil might be an alternative rather than rattling with all the vitamins we take LOL:)

  • Reply Leanne November 3, 2016 at 12:12

This sounds really interesting. I’ve been using Glucosamine tablets for years for my hip pain. If they start to lose their effectiveness this might make a great alternative.

Thanks Leanne, I take Magnesium but might try the oil as an alternative.
