Listening to your Inner Voice

Take time today to stop, step away from the busyness of life, close your eyes and listen to your surroundings. Then turn inward and listen to your inner voice.

What a great reminder for me. I need to just slow down and breathe!

We all do Ellen. I know I get so caught up sometimes I forget to breathe or I keep pushing through when my inner voice is telling me to take a break. Thanks for visiting and welcome to ST60 & Beyond. Have a fabulous week. xx

Hi Natalie I love the WW but apologise it wasn’t in keeping with the prompt. I really struggled to write something of value so decided that listening to our inner voice would take care of the Indoors 🙂 Have a beautiful week too! x

Thanks for the reminder. Try to practice – even in the midst of this project I try to carve out at least a few minutes to care for my soul. Peace!

Peace is such a lovely, calming word isn’t it Janet?

    Hi Sue,
I’m guilty of ignoring that inner voice at times and just forging on.
I also think we need to be better at forgiving ourselves…

We all ignore it at times, Nancy. Since turning 60 a couple of years ago I am more forgiving of myself and not setting the bar impossibly high, which I tended to in the past. xx
