2020! Yes a New Year and with stars in our eyes, full of enthusiasm and optimism for not only a New Year but a new decade, we make our resolutions or goals which we all stick to and achieve!!!
Oops sorry, I’m dreaming.

Join me for the Make it Happen 2020 Challenge
Not another challenge!!! I know you have been bombarded with challenges leading up to the New Year.
Challenging ourselves is good but sometimes it can be overwhelming, probably because we try to achieve too much too soon.
I know, because the last few months of 2019 were very stressful for me and saw me questioning myself, blogging and other areas in my life. I was trying to juggle too many balls and dropping most of them. I wasn’t achieving change, goals or moving forward just sinking deeper and deeper. So I decided to change all of that and by taking time out to actually think, I realised that what I love doing most is helping others to achieve their goals or make positive changes in their lives.
My goal for 2020 is to regain my mojo and help others achieve theirs. One habit or goal at a time.
The idea of the Make it Happen 2020 Challenge is to start by selecting just one thing you would like to change in your life OR one dream you want to make a reality and MAKE IT HAPPEN!
I recently saw this quote from Enlightened Consciousness and thought it captured the essence of Make It Happen 2020. Start with 1 thing and making sure you focus on that each day.
Each week I will be coaching you and being your cheerleader as we work together to make it happen. On the blog and the Facebook Group, I’ll be providing free resources, inspiration and motivation to get you going and more importantly see you achieve.
I will also be working through on my own goals and sharing my progress with you. By supporting and encouraging each other we can do it.
Once you have worked through and achieved your first change or goal, then move on to the next one. I’m looking at this challenge as a year long process for self-development and growth.
All you have to do is:
- Commit yourself to Make it Happen in 2020 and stop procrastinating
- Be a member of the Sizzling Towards 60 & Beyond Facebook Group
- Commit to a weekly check-in in the FB thread each Friday.
During January we will be planning and preparing as I provide you with the tools to Make it Happen. Then it is all systems go after that. Yes, there maybe ‘homework’ but isn’t anything important to us worth the time and effort to achieve it?
If you want something for 2020 then it’s time to get serious and start doing something about it!
Step 1 – Buy a notebook or journal – make it a beautiful one for you to treasure and write your thoughts
Step 2 – Start thinking about the one thing that you will be working on.
