Join me for #FitFabFeb2021 – Make your Health & Well-being a priority

January 31, 2021

It’s on again! #FitFabFeb2021 starts February 1 here at Women Living Well After 50. For the last couple of years I’ve devoted February to review and reset my health and well-being not just physically but mentally and spiritually. You can read what we did in previous years Here and Here.

Come join me in the Women Living Well Facebook Group for weekly challenges, health and wellness information to help become fitter and feel fabulous.

It’s been a tough year and 2021 has started marginally better so let’s try and overcome the COVID curse and start making some small changes in our life.

Each week I’ll be setting a small challenge, nothing overwhelming but changes that align with my philosophy of ‘micro steps’ to achieve goals and live our best life.

It’s all about loving who you are and respecting yourself enough to make your health and well-being a priority.

What types of challenges? Well I don’t want to give too much away but here is a teaser:

  • 10 minutes for 10 days challenge – just 10 minutes of dedicated movement to get your body moving
  • Tweaking your eating habits challenge
  • Making time for you challenge
  • Learning and growth challenge

You can see it isn’t all about sweating and working out! #FitFabFeb2021 is putting the focus on you, your body, your mind and your spirit.

So are you in? It’s free so why not join me?

Join #FitFabFeb2021 HERE – I look forward to sharing the journey with you.

That’s great news Denyse. It will be holistic as usual with the emphasis on making our health and well-being a priority in all areas of our lives. I look forward to your comments throughout the month. x

You share a great deal of information and wisdom in this post, Sue. It is like you continue to build from past years and experience. A philosophy of micro steps is doable, not daunting. A great reminder. I am very interested to see where you are going. As you know, I greatly respect how you walk the talk. I am definitely a work in progress.xx

Hi Erica, I’m doing #FitFabFeb2021 to motivate me as well as others. Micro steps is certainly the way to go as with each step completed it builds our confidence to keep going. We are all a WIP xx

Hi Sue – you are always so generous with sharing your knowledge and skills. I’m sure this will be a great challenge for your WLWafter50 group and I’ll be interested to see what you come up with each day/week over February.

Thanks Leanne, I’m doing it as much for me as for others. I’ve been off track lately so it’s a good opportunity to get back into living healthy and happy again. x
