It’s been a tough year and 2021 has started marginally better so let’s try and overcome the COVID curse and start making some small changes in our life.
Each week I’ll be setting a small challenge, nothing overwhelming but changes that align with my philosophy of ‘micro steps’ to achieve goals and live our best life.
It’s all about loving who you are and respecting yourself enough to make your health and well-being a priority.
What types of challenges? Well I don’t want to give too much away but here is a teaser:
- 10 minutes for 10 days challenge – just 10 minutes of dedicated movement to get your body moving
- Tweaking your eating habits challenge
- Making time for you challenge
- Learning and growth challenge
