Each year Jean Hailes hosts this week long event to promote Women’s Health and to remind us that we do need to take care of our physical and mental health. It is a great website full of resources and you can sign up for free to receive daily information during the WHW event. I will also be hosting my own WHW events during that week presenting guests for interviews and inter-active FB Live events in the Women Living Well After 50 Facebook Page and in the WLWA50 Facebook Group.
30 days of Health & Wellness in September
During the month of September, I will be challenging us all to put the focus on our health and wellness. For me, I take a holistic approach to my health and so for me this includes my physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Each day for 30 days , I’ll be providing information, tips, inspiration and motivation, in the Women Living Well After 50 Facebook Group to help you on your journey to being healthy, active and embracing life to ultimately become a Woman Living Well After 50!
I’ll be presenting regular posts on the website and Facebook Live events with guests, including inter-active Facebook Live Sessions in yoga, healthy cooking and staying active.
