- What Self-Compassion is and why it is so difficult to show ourselves some love
- Renovation through Self-Care
- Why being the ‘rock’ for family and friends can sometimes be detrimental to your well-being
- The benefits of showing self-compassion
Plus Maria shares two exercises to help us focus on self.

Hi, Sue and Maria – This is another great video/podcast. Again, you have given us thought-provoking tips and reminders — especially about letting our vulnerability show, and the pressure of being of continually being a rock for others. Lots to think about here. Thank you!
