Gratitude Cards

Gratitude is a focus for me this month as I take the #gratitude30 Gratitude Challenge with Positively Present. I invited you to join me and if you missed the post you can read all about it HERE. When we hear the word ‘Challenge’ we automatically wonder if we can actually find the time to take on another Challenge in our life. In fact, I discussed Prioritizing our Time in last week’s ‘Self Care Sunday with Sue’ video. However, gratitude is something we can never have enough of in my book.

The great part about this challenge for November, is there are no rules and you participate when you want to, every day or just when you can. The message is just to focus on Gratitude for a few moments each day.

As with many things, I’ve noticed lately, that if I’m focusing on a subject, ideas come into my life through emails, social media and other websites.

As I am focusing on Gratitude I came across a post on FTD which is all about Gratitude prompts and the idea of printable cards for you to show your appreciation of others. I’ve written before about keeping a Gratitude Jar but Gratitude Cards go much further. I love the 45 prompts for different occasions and there is also a download with prompts for your own gratitude journal.

Gratitude Cards for any occasion

Gratitude Cards

Did you know one of the most simple ways to boost your mood is by sharing your gratitude for others? It’s true!

Showing a loved one how much you appreciate them with even just a card lifts your spirit  — and of course the receiver of the gratitude too. If there is someone in your life, whether it be a friend, a boss, or even your children, share with them a token of your gratitude with a beautifully designed thank you card. FTD has created gratitude cards for every occasion — time to spread the love! FTD are excited for you to hand these out and create a rippling effect of smiles.

Find all the gorgeous printable gratitude cards here!

Do you take the time to show others how grateful you are to have them in your life and appreciate what they do for you?

Do you keep a gratitude journal?

Why not take some time today to download and send a card and make someone’s day?

Hi, Sue – This is so true. Whenever we focus on something (good or bad) the object of our focus tends to multiple 100fold! I love your focus on gratitude and your ‘no rules’ challenge. Thank you for sharing this link. It was an excellent find!
