Kim Rahir - From Wheelchair to Weightlifing Champion all after 50

I’m Kim Rahir, a health coach for women helping them to drop weight, get strong and boost energy by leveraging muscle mass and mindset work. Diagnosed with MS 10 years ago and winning a European Masters Weightlifting Championship this year. My story has inspired me to show women how muscle (building and maintaining) can be a health elixir and sometimes a road to salvation – once they have embraced the idea of becoming strong and that it’s not a pursuit exclusive to men.

About me:

Staying strong and healthy doesn’t have to stop at 50. Healthy aging after 50.

I’m a former journalist turned health coach, Kim was diagnosed with MS 10 years ago and is an MS survivor turned European Champion in Master Weightlifting Kim  on a mission to help women embrace muscle and strength as the one-stop-shop solution for a host of health problems often from our thirties onwards. Her approach is to turn scientific knowledge about human health into actionable tool kits for everyday life.
