To me, Health and Happiness go ‘hand-in-hand’. I don’t believe you can have one without the other so I’ll be focussing on ways to achieve the ‘BEST YOU THAT YOU CAN BE’.
I won’t just be talking about the usual ‘diet and exercise’ topics associated with health. My philosophy is that to achieve a healthier, happier lifestyle, we need to take a holistic approach – in our mental health, physical health and spiritual health.
When I reached midlife, I realised that if I wanted to enjoy this wonderful and new phase of life I had to start seriously looking at my health – being physically active and eating a balanced diet as well as having good mental and spiritual health.

I’ll be covering topics from Attitude to Zen, from Friendships to Relaxation techniques, from finding Balance in your life to Having a Vision and making your Dreams a reality.
