OK, this is my truth. Every day, I have to remind myself I’m 67! I probably look that age, but I certainly don’t feel it. Sure, my knees ache (they’ll need replacing someday), but I honestly feel like I’m still in my 50s if not 40s. I really do live each day as if I were much, much younger than I am. I don’t think that’s what you had in mind, but I’m really happy that age hasn’t caught up with me…yet! But, I’ll be looking more closely at the pillars and mantra to see how I can apply them to my life today!

Marsha, I feel like you. I certainly don’t feel like I’m 68 this week. I feel alive and enjoying life. Sure I have wrinkles and skin isn’t as taught but I’m healthy and happy and that’s the main thing. You keep doing you because that is the most important thing to find our happiness. x

Yes, so much of ageing comes with personality – and health. Some keep exploring and taking advantage of what’s out there, and others close in. #WWWhimsy (For some reason I can’t comment on the substack page)

Aging gracefully really does come down to balance. The four pillars highlight how important it is to care for not just the body, but also the mind, relationships, and lifestyle choices. Focusing on all of them together ensures a healthier and more fulfilling journey through the years.
