Do you suffer from Tired, aching feet and legs?  Lower back pain?  then You need to keep reading. I run long distances so I punish my poor feet and they certainly cry out for comfort after a long run.

This week I was sent two pairs of Archline Australia Flip Flops, I had just returned from a run and thought I would try them on.  My feet were ‘singing’ with comfort and I swear I heard them say ‘ahhh bliss’.

Archline flip flops

Part of being a true-blue Australian is wearing flip flops (or thongs as I still call them being an Aussie). At the moment we are experiencing heat waves in Australia and I love wearing  something comfortable around the house or to the shops that won’t make my feet sweat.

Sooooo Comfortable, the Archline Flip Flops look great and perfect for Summer.  The difference between these and my normal flip flops is the arch support.

When I’m at our home at the Coast I love leaving the car in the garage and walk everywhere – to the shops and the beach. Sometimes my feet don’t get the support they need.  This results in tired, aching legs.  With these Archline Flip Flops, I can wear them for hours and know that I won’t be suffering later in the day from twitchy legs.

What is so good about them?

Archline flip flops

The Archline flip flops are designed as orthotic footwear which aligns the natural posture of the foot.  The design helps to

  • relieve strain and over-extension of the plantar fascia muscle
  • provide optimal orthopedic comfort and support.
  • is suitable for any foot type – normal arches, flat feet, high arches or wide feet.
  • a great range of colours
  • suitable for the whole family
  • lightweight to wear
  • 30 day money back guarantee

Why are they different?

I kid you not, I was complaining about how much my feet hurt as I opened your site and now I REALLY want to try these! Do you know if they’re available in America?

    • Reply Sue Loncaric February 16, 2017 at 09:51

Apparently you can buy through Amazon in the US and Canada, Amber 🙂

Did they rub your feet at all? I’m always getting blisters from thongs.

    • Reply Sue Loncaric February 16, 2017 at 09:50

No they don’t Kat although I don’t usually have a problem with thongs. They are very comfy actually.

These look so comfy! Thanks for the great review, I’ll keep this brand in mind!

They are so comfortable Di and I put my feet through quite a bit with my long distance running so I need something that will make them feel like they are walking on air. 🙂

I like the look of these Sue. I have a pair of Orthaheels which I swear by. I can wear these walking without a problem. I need good arch support because I have bunions and always look for orthotic type shoes these days. I’m about to buy myself a new pair of thongs so I will look out for these. #TeamLovinLife

They are comfy Kathy and really do massage your feet. I haven’t heard of Orthaheels but will check them out also as I put my feet through a lot by running. They need comfortable shoes!!!

I have Havianas as well SSG and I do like them but as you say no arch support which I need for walking down to the shops etc.

These thongs look really comfy. I have a British friend who calls them flip flops, but I’d never heard the term until she used it. 🙂 #TeamLovinLife

Hi Lyndall, I’ve never called them flip flops before – it has always been thongs for me. However, that was the name of them but I think also they call them flip flops in the US. I suppose it sounds like the way they sound when you walk. Besides, ‘thong’ has come to mean another article of clothing if you get my drift LOL:)

I’m a huge wearer of thongs since my seachange. I have a pair that are all in one, so the thing between the toes is part of the whole thong and can’t come out. They’re moulded as well which I love. I need to replace them however as I’ve worn them to death over the last few years.

Of course living in this coastal environment means I wear thongs everywhere – shopping etc… which I don’t think I did in the city! #teamlovinlife

Yes Deb I’m always in thongs when we are down at the Coast but I find my feet get tired because of lack of support. That is why I found these ones so comfortable and they look pretty stylish too!

My husband and son bought some comfy thongs at a trade show or expo a year ago and they both say “ahhh” everytime they put them on. I wonder if it’s these ones? We all need comfy footwear.

I suppose I’ve never really placed importance on thongs and comfort. I usually wear Havianas which have no arch support. Now that I’ve found the archline ones there isn’t any going back! Have a great day Leanne. xx

They sound fantastic Sue, I was given a pair of Havianas which I wear to death but to be honest they aren’t as comfortable as a normal pair of thongs, let alone these ones. And I’m really impressed by the orthotic support!!!

    • Reply Sue Loncaric February 19, 2017 at 11:59

Yes I wear Havianas Janet and I don’t mind them but now I have these with the arch support there is really no comparison. Have a great week!

Great review, Sue! I love flip-flops here in California from April through October. Then maybe in December or January if we head south! I have plantar fasciitis as well, so I need that arch support. I have two pair called Zealand brand and they feel great on my feet. I’ll have to check these out!

    • Reply Sue Loncaric February 21, 2017 at 08:31

Thanks Terri and now I’ve worn these with the arch support there is no turning back to my Havianas.
