Fit, fabulous, healthier and happier. I’m sure that is what we all strive for to enjoy life in our retirement.
Want to feel at the top of your game and enjoy life?
I’ve focused on health and wellness for the whole of June and I hope you have been inspired, learned something new and feel motivated to improve your own health.
In this week’s Friday Favourites, I’m sharing 5 of my favourite posts about health and wellness, that I have written in the past. It seems a shame sometimes to archive older posts which are still very much relevant. So I’ve selected 5 which will help you in your journey to be fit, fabulous, healthier and happier.
Just click on each image to take you through to the full post and enjoy, be motivated and inspired.

Loving your new branding Sue – very clean and fresh. Are you planning a new logo etc or keeping it to your images for now?
Thanks for the inspiration Leanne! Although something has gone wrong with the theme and I’ve lost my pink titles and headers on the actual post. It could be worse the colour could be bright orange! That’s enough tinkering for now I think xx
Looking good, Sue. I like the idea of a sum-up post. I may do this sometime. Cancer is a war. Bring in the Artillery.
Hi Shirley! Hope you have had a good week. I sometimes do this with posts if they are relevant because I have written so many it seems a shame to just leave them in the archives. So I make them part of my Friday Favourites. Glad you enjoyed them and have a beautiful weekend. xx
Hi Sue! What a wonderful collection of posts to keep us all motivated and focused on ways we can all age in a more positive AND HEALTHY way! Thank you. ~Kathy
Hi Kathy! Thanks for visiting and leaving me a comment. I’m so pleased you enjoyed the collection. I tried to use some of my previous posts which had been archived because they were relevant to my Health and Wellness month. Sometimes we just need a little reminder don’t we? Have a beautiful weekend and hope you visit again.
Great roundup of inspirations!
Thanks Christina!

Hi Fabiola! Yes one of my other readers said the same thing, so I hope you get some motivation to take time out for yourself. Have a beautiful weekend and thanks for visiting. x
I too love your blogs’ new look and your round-up. Presenting a collection of posts under one theme is a great idea. As a reader, I find it very helpful!
Oh thanks Donna, I think I’ve finally found an image design I like! I’ve changed my look several times over two years but I think I will leave it this way for now. I wanted to make a collection of posts because we write so many and then they just sit in the archives. I thought that revisiting some from my health and wellness category would be helpful and still in my monthly theme. Have a wonderful weekend, Donna xx
