Hi, Sue – You are so right about the importance of ‘action.’ Without this, our lists quickly lose their meaning. I look forward to discovering your ‘five words’ that you take with you into 2019!
Yes. If you write it down and then walk away from the list and don’t think about it again how will those things ever be in your life? Action is the key to getting what you want.
I tend to write down my ideas and thoughts but it is so easy not to then act upon them. I’m hoping to take time with my list to ensure that I make it happen. xx
Hi Sue, This reminds me of a post Donna recently did about how writing things down actually changes brain chemistry…I knew, as a teacher and learner that putting words on paper is important, but the latest brain research actually bears this out. But you are right, it is important to revisit and prioritize these things so that you take action towards making them happen.
Hi Nancy, action is the key for me. I can write lists left, right and centre but they are useless unless I am ticking the items off the list. I enjoyed Donna’s post and found it very interesting. Have a beautiful Christmas and looking forward to connecting more with you in 2019. xx

Hi Donna, it is so easy to write things down and then forget about them. I’m going to give this prompt some serious thought before I make my list. xx
