    Hi, Sue – Thank you to introducing us to Tanja. Chilliwack is in my neck of the woods. I actually had lunch their last week.
    AMEN to ditching crazy diet rules and freeing ourselves from false standards. Listening to our body and eating what is right for us as individuals makes complete sense to me.

      Hi Donna, I also subscribe to ditching the diet rules they only bring mental and physical stress and life isn’t worth it. I agree with you about listening to our bodies because everyone is different with different nutritional needs. x
