Blouse vs Shirt? I share my thoughts with Jo from Lifestyle Fifty

December 9, 2023

Happy Saturday everyone!

Are you a blouse, shirt or t-shirt kind of gal? Share your thoughts of a favorite top or blouse with us.

Before I went on holidays my good friend, Jo Castro from Lifestyle Fifty asked me to share two of my favourite tops for her post about Blouse vs Shirt?

I was delighted to be included and thank you Jo for the opportunity to share my thoughts. I also discovered I need a white shirt as I don’t have any long sleeve tailored shirts in my wardrobe.

Jo always looks so stylish and I’m sure you will get some great ideas from her post. (apologies Jo Castro for the delay in sharing your comprehensive post as I was enjoying myself in Europe 🙂 )

Please take a moment to visit Jo on her blog and discover

My choice was a black and white top purchased from Shein which I love plus a navy and white shirt from Fella Hamilton.

Have a beautiful weekend everyone!

That was an interesting post. I’d never really stopped and put into words the differences. But, I’d have to agree with your friend, Jo. I think, though, I also have shirts that are more blouse than shirt if that makes sense! Thanks for sharing, Sue!

Hi Marsha, I hadn’t thought about the differences either and I did discover I don’t really have too many shirts or blouses. Perhaps an excuse for some shopping. x

Great question Jo and Sue – I am definitely more of a t-shirt gal. Bt if dressing up a bit, a white shirt always feels great!

Very interesting, Sue – and I love your choices. Shirts and blouses always look great.
