Tania Dalton Beautiful Midlife

Post menopause can be difficult to navigate and can be overwhelming. Our bodies are changing, we certainly aren’t 20 any more and health challenges can develop if we aren’t looking after ourselves. It can also challenge our self-confidence and many women feel they lack the confidence within themselves to live the life they want.

In Episode 1 of Season 5 on the Women Living Well Podcast, I’m delighted to be chatting to Tania Dalton, Founder of Beautiful Midlife.

During the interview we discussed:

  • Improving the way we view ourselves and our bodies
  • Building self confidence
  • Post menopause health and lifestyle changes we may need to make.
  • The importance of moving daily
  • Keeping social connections
  • Tania’s MELT approach
  • Being an advocate for your health

Thankful to be on the other side of menopause and experiencing very few health issues at this time…knock on wood. And I think 2023 might be the year I put less pressure on myself to do all the things. I am truly enjoying life right now!! Looking forward to listening to the pod cast.

Me too, Leslie and so far so good with my health. I like the idea of you not putting too much pressure on yourself and just enjoying life. We have to make the most of every day don’t we? xx

Season 5! That’s amazing Sue and such an achievement. Tania sounds like another informed and interesting guest. Other than the physical changes durinng menopause, I’ve had a relatively smooth ride and have been very grateful to have missed out on brain fog and some of the other side issues that come with it. Looking forward to seeing all your new guests for this season.

Thank you for a wonderful interview. It put a lot into perspective for me and how I can move and eat but in a way that is appropriate for my age. Very inspiring.
