Are you feeling Optimistic? Yes? No? Not sure? I’m sharing this month’s calendar from Action for Happiness and it is all about being Optimistic.
The meaning of Optimism
hopefulness and confidence about the future or the success of something:
The last few years have been very difficult for us all and it can be hard to feel optimistic about the future and our life. The calendar has daily prompts which will help us to focus on being more positive and optimistic about life and hopefully bring some joy and comfort.
I’m off for a 3-week holiday to Tasmania which both Mike and I have been looking forward to for a couple of years. It is finally happening and I’m looking forward to spending some quality time together exploring this beautiful State in Australia.
Whilst I’m away I will have some guests sharing their thoughts so please support them and leave them a comment.
In the meantime, I will leave you with the calendar and this thought and if you need more you can check out The top 60 Optimistic Quotes and Sayings to get you in the mood:

What a great calendar Sue! We can all do with a bit of an uplift, inspiration & optimism that’s for sure. Have a wonderful holiday in Tasmania. You’ll love it! We went there in 2015, hired a car and spent 11 days exploring all around Tasmania. Loved it and want to go back! Have a great time! xo
