This is such a great reminder that no matter where we are in life we can always improve our health and wellness. We just to start!
I’ve heard people say they treat their ‘body as a temple’. Now I’m not sure I go that far but I do realise that my body is affected by the way I treat it. I won’t get another so it is important to treat our bodies with care and respect.
This is such a great quote because it is true. No matter how much money you have, you aren’t immune to illness. Money can’t buy happiness or a healthy body. Sure it can pay for medical treatment but who wants to get to that stage. I would rather take steps to keep as healthy and fit as I possibly can.
Oh yes, we all procrastinate don’t we! We set the goal and say ‘I’m going to start….’ and then life gets in the way and we say ‘I’ll start tomorrow’. But those tomorrows add up and suddenly a year or so has gone. Stop procrastinating and start doing you will feel fabulous and won’t look back with regret a year from now.

Loving our bodies is so important and that is why I became a Body Image Ambassador. So many of us have such a negative attitude to our bodies and the way we look.
